All Inclusive Counseling is here for you during COVID-19.

All Inclusive Counseling is committed to continuing to meet the needs of our patients, staff, and the community during the presence of COVID-19 in Colorado. Our practices are open, and it is safe for patients to receive necessary care. If you have a scheduled appointment, please plan to keep this appointment unless you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath.

What We are Doing to Keep You and Your Family Safe

  • Continuing to schedule appointment with our patients
  • Offering virtual appointments -  call us to learn more
  • We may call you to see if you would like a virtual appointment for an existing appointment.
  • Putting federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended protocols in place to ensure the highest level of COVID-19 prevention
  • Ensuring we have necessary supplies, equipment, and appropriate staffing to care for patients
  • Conducting screening questions, so that any symptomatic patient who arrives can be properly masked to protect our staff and our patients is prevented from coming in and if arrives with fever, leaves to be rescheduled online
  • Staff, Providers and Patients who arrive can be properly masked to protect our staff and patients

The goal of the Safer-at-Home phase is to maintain 60-65% physical distancing. This means:

  • Vulnerable populations and older adults must stay home unless absolutely necessary
  • No group gatherings of more than 10 people
  • As a critical business will remain open with strict precautions (social distancing, masks for all employees, more frequent cleanings, etc.)
  • Telecommuting continues for offices. Starting on May 4, up to 50% of staff can work in person (with social distancing in place)

Should I still come to my appointment?
Yes, if you have a scheduled appointment, please plan to keep this appointment unless you are
experiencing symptoms. We will contact you if we need to make any changes to your appointment.
Please contact us if you would like to bring a visitor with you to your appointment.

Can I bring a visitor to my appointment?
We ask that you limit visitors for appointments. If you need to bring a visitor to accompany a minor or to
provide assistance, we ask that you bring no more than one person with you.

What are the COVID-19 symptoms?

  • Fever, cough, and shortness of breath
  • Illness can be severe and require hospitalization, but most individuals recover by resting, drinking plenty of liquids, and taking pain and fever-reducing medications.

I believe I have COVID-19 symptoms. Should I attend my scheduled appointment?
If you have a fever, new cough (within the last two weeks), shortness of breath, or flu-like symptoms,
please call our office for guidance on your upcoming appointment. If your symptoms are new or worsening in the last 3-5 days please get County's testing.

What can I do to protect others and myself from COVID-19?

  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash or use your inner elbow or sleeve.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Stay home if you’re sick.
  • Clean surfaces in your home, and personal items such as cell phones, using regular household products daily.
  • Practice social distancing by keeping 6 feet between yourself and other people whenever possible, particularly when you or others are sick. Avoid group gatherings of more than 10 people.
